Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Contractor for a Senior Analyst position within our internal Enterprise Analytics team. This role combines data-driven storytelling with business process analysis for an internal consulting team that provides data-driven expertise to various business and support functions. We are looking for a curious problem-solver and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop, execute, and monitor complex insights and analytical solutions using a variety of approaches.
• Analyze performance trends, identify opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.
• Generate revenue or cost-save opportunities through data-driven insights and optimize existing processes.
• Keep track of new technologies to create analytics as a competitive advantage.
• Monitor data management processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensure proper escalation, prioritization, and remediation of data quality issues.
• Explore and utilize new data mining and visualization tools for ad-hoc analysis.
• Mentor less experienced analysts on standards and techniques.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of work experience in risk, audit, retail, healthcare, marketing, or operations analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Econometrics, or Data Science.
• Extensive experience in descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics.
• 2-5 years of strong programming experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data mining tools.
• Ability to quickly understand, process, and consume industrial-scale databases.
• 2-5 years of experience developing insights and dashboards using a BI tool like Cognos, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

Nice to Have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience with CRM (SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics) and/or Advanced Analytics (Microsoft Azure, Databricks).
• Experience with data architecture, integration/ETL, or data warehousing in complex environments.
• Experience with geospatial analysis tools like ArcGIS or MapIT.
• Experience with other analytics tools like ACL, Arbutus, Qlikview, Alteryx, or Angoss.
