Responsibilities
- Design paid social media creatives optimized for conversion.
- Develop and refine visually engaging ad assets that support brand messaging and drive user interaction and conversions.
- Generate a high volume of innovative ad concepts to significantly improve account performance.
- Analyze performance data and growth metrics to detect trends, extract insights, and inform future creative directions.
- Introduce original, brand-consistent design work within the growth framework and collaborate with copywriters to expand brand expression.
- Keep current with evolving trends in design, motion graphics, paid social, and digital platforms, including advancements in AI and new tools.
- Implement industry best practices to enhance the quality, clarity, and impact of creative content across platforms such as Meta and Pinterest.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams, working closely with copywriters and growth specialists to execute design concepts from ideation to launch.
- Produce and refine large quantities of creative content efficiently without compromising on quality.
- Actively seek out and propose performance improvements, creative advancements, and new design concepts to elevate team output.
