CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is hiring a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team. In this role, you will directly impact our mission-driven, energetic workforce by providing expert talent advisement and guiding candidates through our process. You will quickly establish yourself as a trusted expert to business partners.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to source and deliver exceptional candidates.
- Execute the recruitment process while contributing to its continuous improvement.
- Advise managers and leaders on market trends, tactics, and competitive analysis to develop customized hiring strategies.
- Focus on finding the strongest candidates and shepherd their hiring experience with dedication.
- Represent the CLEAResult brand proudly in all candidate, vendor, and organizational interactions.
- Support members of the Recruiting team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Team to advance our mission.
What We're Looking For
- Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience.
- A track record of navigating sourcing and recruiting obstacles.
- The ability to quickly learn Workday and other business platforms.
- An affinity for data and its application in achieving success.
- Knowledge of the labor market and current trends.
- A relentless desire for professional learning and growth.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator.
