Qualifications
- Active security clearance required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or technical project management
- Experience with federal or government contracting preferred
- Strong understanding of engineering lifecycle processes
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications and requirements
- Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews
- Knowledge of systems engineering principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Travel up to 25% of the time may be required
- On-site presence may be necessary for client engagements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Understanding of risk management in technical projects
- Experience preparing status updates for stakeholders
- Familiarity with configuration management practices
