Responsibilities
- Lead and scale paid search strategy across portfolio of apps
- Own campaign architecture
- Own budget allocation
- Own profitability logic
- Own scaling frameworks
- Own signal quality & algorithm performance
- Maximize revenue and efficiency from Google Search
- Build scalable and technically robust acquisition systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to build dashboards, scripts, and data queries independently
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads Search
- Strong knowledge of campaign architecture, keyword intent segmentation, match types, search term mining, and negative keyword frameworks
- Experience designing scalable account structures from scratch
- Solid understanding of Smart Bidding, conversion signals, tracking, and attribution
- Ability to evaluate performance based on business metrics (CAC, LTV, revenue impact), not only CPC/CTR
- Comfortable building dashboards, automations, scripts, or working directly with raw data (GA4, Looker Studio, BigQuery or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex performance challenges
- Strong business mindset — prioritizes profitability and unit economics over vanity metrics
- Structured optimization approach (bid increases are not the first lever)
- Eye for detail and scalable systems thinking
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with full ownership mentality over the Search channel
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Data, and Marketing teams
- Capable of clearly explaining performance insights and strategic decisions

- Experience with Google Display Network
- Experience with YouTube Ads
- Experience in app environments or multi-product portfolios
