Shape the voice of a growing restaurant technology platform in French-speaking Europe. As the Senior Content Specialist, you’ll define and execute content that resonates with restaurants and hospitality businesses across France, Switzerland, and Belgium. Your work will directly influence brand perception, media reach, search visibility, and commercial success.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and adapt high-impact content for campaigns, product launches, PR, social media, and sales collateral tailored to French-speaking audiences.
- Write and refine executive bylines, sponsored articles, and media content that turn product insights and data into compelling narratives.
- Lead regional SEO strategy—conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and collaborate with external agencies to improve organic performance.
- Produce customer success stories and video scripts by conducting interviews that highlight real-world impact.
- Use performance data to refine content strategies and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Align content themes with marketing roadmaps and regional growth goals through strategic editorial planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand integrity.
- Apply AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and scale content production without sacrificing quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and audience needs to inform insight-led storytelling.
- Review and guide team content to uphold editorial standards, tone, and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
- Native French speaker with strong writing, editing, and conceptual skills.
- At least four years of experience in SaaS marketing, journalism, or branded content.
- Proven ability to create content across channels that supports brand and business goals.
- Experience writing for media outlets, including bylines and sponsored content.
- Solid background in SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Hootsuite, aHrefs, or Semrush.
- Ability to align content with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative mindset with strong project ownership.
Nice to Have
- Passion for or experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
