Firecrawl is looking for a Content Marketer who operates at an absurd level of urgency. We’re a small, technical team building essential infrastructure for web data gathering, and we need someone who understands how content fuels growth funnels, obsesses over data, and builds scalable systems.
What You'll Do
- Research, draft, and publish in-house content across formats like blog posts, email, and video for product launches and evergreen campaigns.
- Track content performance and feed insights back into strategy alongside the broader marketing team.
- Build agentic workflows to automate technical SEO tasks at scale.
- Own competitive intelligence, tracking competitor feature releases, PR activity, and content strategy shifts.
- Manage and coordinate a roster of freelance writers.
- Support product marketing with collateral as needed.
- Work closely with product and engineering to get ahead of launches and quickly turn new capabilities into useful, accurate content.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product so everything you publish is credible and genuinely helpful.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in content or growth marketing.
- A strong, adaptable writer who can create developer-focused content like blog posts, newsletters, and guides.
- An understanding of how content maps to a B2B funnel and experience creating material that supports pipeline progression, not just awareness.
- Data-savvy and insight-driven, using analytics to drive decisions.
- Hands-on experience with AI search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- Technically capable and fluent with tools like Claude Code and n8n to build workflows without always needing engineering support.
- Ability to ramp quickly on complex products by working directly with product and engineering teams.
- Reliable under pressure, able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines without letting quality slip.

- Compensation: $50,000–$120,000/year (Range shown is global. Compensation is adjusted based on your country's cost of living — major U.S. cities will be at the higher end of the range.) + equity: Up to 0.05%.
