As Content Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of organic search growth for a rapidly expanding platform focused on human connection. Your work will directly influence how the brand ranks and appears across traditional and AI-powered search engines worldwide.
You’ll develop and scale content initiatives that build authority in the social experiences space, ensuring relevance across diverse regions and languages. This includes shaping a forward-looking approach to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), so the platform is consistently surfaced by AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement an international SEO strategy that supports multi-market expansion and localized discovery.
- Create and manage a scalable content roadmap that strengthens topical relevance and search performance.
- Optimize technical aspects of the web platform, including crawlability, indexing, site structure, and structured data.
- Collaborate with community and creative teams to adapt content for local audiences while maintaining SEO integrity.
- Lead experiments and data analysis to track keyword performance, uncover new opportunities, and inform growth strategy.
- Partner with development teams to enhance the web experience, including transforming user-generated content into discoverable event pages.
- Monitor AI search trends and adapt strategies to increase brand mentions and visibility in LLM-generated responses.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of three years of hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrated success in technical, on-page, and off-page optimisation across international markets.
- Proven ability to design and execute content strategies that scale across languages and regions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using search data to guide business decisions.
- Comfort leading SEO testing, including A/B experiments and performance tracking.
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher); German language skills are a plus.
- Background in consumer-facing apps, mobile products, or digital marketplaces is preferred.

This is a hybrid role based in Frankfurt, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
