Responsibilities
- Craft and enhance user experience text within a mobile application built for consistent member interaction
- Create, evaluate, and refine prompts for large language models to generate tailored, high-standard content
- Develop expandable content design systems using large language models to increase output and efficiency, while applying human oversight where precision, subtlety, or medical correctness is critical
- Work alongside a product designer to shape engaging and user-friendly mobile experiences that promote repeated use and positive behavior patterns
- Coordinate with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts throughout the development lifecycle across various health-related user paths
- Investigate intricate challenges faced by members, clients, and internal teams, then suggest solutions that align with organizational objectives, technical boundaries, and user requirements
- Foster agreement and ensure ongoing alignment with stakeholders and executives through teamwork, influence, and structured presentations
- Actively give and welcome feedback during UX prototyping and problem-solving phases
