Who Gives A Crap, a purpose-led scale-up and Certified B Corp™, is hiring a Consumer Research Manager to champion quantitative research. You will bridge the gap between raw data and business strategy, ensuring the 'voice of the consumer' is at the heart of every decision. As our primary research expert, you'll solve complex problems and drive action across our global markets.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end execution of concept and claims testing projects, distilling insight into packaging decisions.
- Collaborate with our brand tracking agency to embed our new global brand health tracking program.
- Transform complex segmentation data into clear, actionable visualizations using tools like Displayr/Q.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their insight needs and act as their strategic business partner.
- Manage relationships with panel providers and research partners to ensure top-notch data collection.
- Curate our internal insight repository, keeping our 'company brain' updated with the latest consumer knowledge.
- Apply critical thinking to distill patterns from primary research and understand what consumers really mean.
What We're Looking For
- A versatile researcher with a broad foundation across quantitative methods like brand tracking, concept testing, and product testing.
- High proficiency in tools like Displayr/Q, SurveyMonkey, and Upsiide.
- A natural drive to understand the 'so what' and real-world business implications of research findings.
- A proactive collaborator who takes initiative and ownership, driving projects forward with little guidance.
- Passion for building and shaping research frameworks that improve company-wide capabilities.
- A commitment to ensuring research is built on a foundation of ethical and statistical integrity.
