Wavestone's CTO Advisory unit is seeking a Consultant to advise CTOs on significant technological and organizational transformations. You will take on responsibility early to develop deep expertise, lead client missions, and drive measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Define new digital collaboration modes, modernize tools, and enhance the digital work experience for clients.
- Frame and oversee cloud transformation strategies covering financial, technological, and organizational aspects.
- Build technological foundations and development factories for new digital ventures, including implementation on platforms like GCP and deployment of DevOps practices.
- Measure digital carbon footprints and define improvement plans.
- Lead IT autonomy programs during M&A operations, covering application, infrastructure, and organizational workstreams.
- Master the technological challenges behind client transformation movements.
- Conduct and lead consulting missions autonomously, from strategy and opportunity studies to transformation program management.
- Gain legitimacy in client relationships, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to internal projects.

- Graduate from a top engineering school, business school, or university.
- Strong interest in IT and business transformation consulting.

Work Mode
