Michelin was looking for a Connected Solutions Administrator with Italian

517 Michelin Romania is looking for a Connected Solutions Administrator with Italian to provide operational support to customers and service providers. You'll ensure efficient service order processes and manage a client portfolio, working from our Bucharest office.

What You'll Do

  • Provide operational support to customers or service providers through phone, chat, email, etc.
  • Assist Dealer/Customer/Partner/provider with service operations questions: problems, training, compliance, escalations.
  • Perform first triage (troubleshoot technical issues or inquiries) and steer contacts to the right department.
  • Start and schedule a Service Order according to the scheduling process.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding monitoring equipment, tools, offers, and operational procedures.
  • Steer and manage the performance of your client portfolio and alert when there is deviation.
  • Organize deployment of enhancements to existing offers or new offers with Dealer/Customer/Partner/provider.
  • Support the delivery or removal of equipment via multi-channel assistance (chat, email), following the scheduling process.
  • Track Service Orders ensuring the scheduling process is carried out with quality and efficiency.
  • Update and enter information to keep customer records up to date.
  • Provide help and answer questions on billing and invoice disputes (divergent values, payment schedule, duplicate payment, equipment issues, transfer of ownership).
  • Update and record the information/decision in the customer's file.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency in Italian (B2+) and English.
  • Clear and effective communication with customers and partners.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with data and internal systems.
  • Team-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with invoicing or billing is a plus.
