Sunwater Capital is looking for a Congressional Data and Research Intern for a part-time position. You will focus on analyzing congressional data and conducting research to support our initiatives, with an optional remote or hybrid work arrangement.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and interpret congressional data sets
- Conduct in-depth research on legislative activities and trends
- Compile and present research findings to support team objectives
- Assist in maintaining and organizing research databases
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a political science, public policy, data science, or related program
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage part-time hours effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Prior internship or project experience involving government data
- Familiarity with congressional procedures and legislative tracking tools
Work Mode
This part-time internship offers an optional remote or hybrid work arrangement, with a primary location in North Bethesda, MD.
