Voodoo is looking for a Concept Artist to help define the visual identity of our next generation of mobile games. You will be part of a newly established internal studio dedicated to evolving high-potential game prototypes into successful, market-ready titles.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging concept art for characters, environments, props, and UI elements that align with the game's style and tone.
- Translate gameplay ideas and feature briefs into visually exciting and usable designs.
- Produce moodboards, thumbnails, detailed sketches, and polished final concepts.
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Game Designers, and 3D Artists to ensure visual consistency.
- Support the 3D pipeline with detailed callouts and visual references.
- Contribute to seasonal events and live content with fresh, creative visual ideas.
- Iterate quickly and efficiently in response to team feedback and A/B test results.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in stylized visual development for mobile games or animation.
- Skill in both character and environment concepting, with strong shape language and visual clarity.
- Proficiency in digital illustration tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or similar.
- Comfort iterating quickly based on feedback and adapting to a game's evolving style.
- Familiarity with the production needs of mobile games, including readability, scale, and performance.
- A team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration with designers, artists, and developers.
- Excitement about building delightful visual experiences that reach millions of players.

You will be part of a newly established internal studio and a Casual games team. This is a dynamic and focused team dedicated to elevating promising game concepts. You will report to the Art Director.
