Brightstar Lottery, a division of the Global Leader in Lottery Solutions, is hiring a Computer Operator I to provide 24x7x365 operational support for product development, systems integration, lottery operations, and customers. In this role, you will monitor our enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues as required.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the daily operation of computer systems.
- Carry out all tasks on the daily checklist under supervision.
- Generate required reports and assist in verifying the validity and clarity of computer reports and other output before release.
- Assist in recovery activities necessary to restore normal operations and follow correct escalation procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A two-year technical college degree or comparable experience.
- 1-2 years' experience in a related field.
