Modine is looking for a recent graduate in legal sciences to join our Legal & Compliance function as a Company Trainee. You will support the office's activities on a variety of legal and compliance topics, contributing to Modine's mission of designing a cleaner and healthier world by improving air quality and enabling sustainable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support the development of contracts between clients and suppliers.
- Support the management of legal claims.
- Support the review of internal procedures.
- Support the implementation and management of workplace safety regulations.
- Support the implementation and management of product and process technical regulations for the sector.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in one of the following courses: Law (Giurisprudenza), Legal Sciences (Scienze giuridiche), Legal Services Sciences (Scienze dei servizi giuridici), Law for Businesses and Institutions (Diritto per le imprese e le istituzioni), or Law for Innovation in Businesses and Public Administrations (Diritto per l’innovazione di imprese e pubbliche amministrazioni).
- Italian as your native language.
- A good level of English (B2–C1).
Nice to Have
- Good familiarity with the main Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with different stakeholders.
- Precision, reliability, and a strong interest in corporate law and compliance.
