Ruby Labs is looking for a Community Manager to become the authentic voice of our brand across digital communities. You will be instrumental in building genuine connections with players and potential customers in the sweepstakes casino gaming space.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and audit conversations across Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora to identify engagement opportunities.
- Actively participate in relevant discussions, positioning our brand as a trusted and exciting voice.
- Manage and grow our Discord server, fostering an active, positive, and engaged player community.
- Engage across relevant Reddit communities and threads to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and contribute to relevant Quora questions and discussions.
- Build and maintain a living database of engagement opportunities and trending topics.
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align community efforts with campaigns.
- Flag player feedback, sentiment trends, and potential issues to internal teams.
- Track, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and cultural trends within gaming communities.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in community management or online community engagement.
- Strong, confident written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Reddit, Discord, Trustpilot, and Quora.
- A solid understanding of community etiquette and platform-specific best practices.
- Experience managing and responding to online reviews.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple communities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using social listening and analytics tools.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the sweepstakes casino or social gaming industry.
- Genuine enthusiasm for gaming, sweepstakes casinos, or online entertainment.
- Experience moderating or building Discord communities from the ground up.
- Copywriting or content creation experience.
- Knowledge of SEO and how community content can support organic search.
- Familiarity with responsible gaming principles and sweepstakes compliance.
