What You'll Do
You’ll be the frontline presence for our community, engaging authentically across platforms like Discord, Reddit, and social media. Your role is to guide conversations, answer questions clearly, and help players navigate platform issues with confidence. You’ll respond to inquiries in a way that feels natural and supportive, never robotic, while upholding community standards.
Monitoring for spam, harassment, misinformation, and policy violations is a key part of your responsibility. When issues arise, you’ll act swiftly and fairly—issuing warnings, managing de-escalations, or enforcing bans as needed. You’ll document moderation actions and highlight patterns that could signal larger concerns.
You’ll gather player feedback and spot trends early, whether it’s confusion around a recent update or a shift in sentiment. This insight will be shared with internal teams to inform decisions. You’ll also contribute to help documentation and FAQs based on recurring questions, improving self-service for players.
When technical problems surface, you’ll assess whether it’s a known issue, a new bug, or user error—and escalate with clear, actionable details. You’ll coordinate with support and development teams during sensitive situations, providing context on community reaction and urgency. You may also assist in organizing community events such as trivia nights or in-game gatherings to strengthen player connections.
