As a Communication Content Developer – Summer Trainee, you’ll play a key role in shaping how technical information is shared across presentations, digital content, and marketing materials. From July to September 2026, you’ll work full-time in a hybrid setup, splitting time between Bydgoszcz and remote locations, creating high-impact content that simplifies complex ideas.
What You’ll Do
- Design professional, on-brand presentations, documents, and web content using PowerPoint, Word, and website builders
- Produce engaging videos that translate technical concepts into accessible, audience-friendly formats
- Work directly with product managers to grasp technical details and ensure messaging accuracy
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while delivering polished, high-quality materials
- Identify opportunities to refine and improve content workflows and creation methods
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program with availability for full-time work during the summer
- Strong command of written English and clear, effective communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand technical subjects and adapt to new product areas
- Experience with video-editing software and a creative sensibility for visual design and storytelling
- Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail in both creative and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and website development platforms
