About the Role
Lead marketing initiatives across the western region to strengthen brand presence, increase market share, and support sales teams with localized strategies and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with national objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to tailor messaging for local markets
- Manage budgets for regional campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, operations, and supply chain teams
- Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators
- Produce reports on marketing effectiveness and regional ROI
- Build relationships with regional stakeholders and distribution partners
- Support channel-specific marketing strategies for B2B and retail segments
- Oversee localized digital and social media content
- Ensure brand consistency across all regional touchpoints
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Drive customer engagement through targeted promotions and activations
- Evaluate competitive activity and adapt regional tactics accordingly
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business or marketing
- Experience in water treatment or sustainability-focused industries
- Certification in digital marketing or project management
- Track record of improving regional sales through marketing
- Fluency in Spanish or other regional languages
