Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into measurable data requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards for executive and operational reporting
- Identify trends and anomalies in large datasets to inform strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators
- Build predictive models to forecast commercial outcomes
- Automate repetitive reporting processes to increase efficiency
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and market trends
- Support budgeting and planning cycles with data-backed insights
- Evaluate the impact of pricing and promotional strategies
- Partner with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
- Present findings to non-technical audiences with clear visualizations
- Drive ad hoc analyses for urgent business needs
- Maintain documentation for data pipelines and analytical methods
- Optimize internal processes using quantitative methods
- Assist in onboarding new team members to data tools and workflows
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Align analytical projects with company-wide strategic goals
- Use statistical techniques to validate business assumptions
- Improve data accessibility for non-analytical teams
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant analytical discipline
- Experience in marketplace or two-sided platform analytics
- Background in operations research or business analytics
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques
- Prior work in technology-enabled service industries
- Knowledge of customer lifetime value modeling
- Experience with forecasting at scale
- Exposure to product analytics frameworks
- Understanding of unit economics in digital businesses
