Moeve, formerly Cepsa, is hiring a Commercial Manager - Lubricants Distribution to lead commercial strategy within an assigned territory. We are a company committed to leading the energy transition for a better world, starting with caring for our team. You will manage the full relationship with distributors, from acquisition through to contract follow-up and business plan execution.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute monthly and annual sales plans to achieve volume and profitability targets.
- Coordinate actions for marketing, pricing, technical assistance, and commercial risk control.
- Collaborate with various company departments (Legal, Operations, Marketing) to optimize service.
- Analyze the competition and identify new opportunities to grow the business.
What We're Looking For
- Intermediate or higher-level degree (technical or commercial).
- Intermediate level of English.
- At least 2 years of experience in the lubricants sector or distribution network management.
- High communication skills, empathy, proactivity, and results-oriented under pressure.
- Valid B1 driving license.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of French or Portuguese.
