About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver executive-level presentations to stakeholders and clients.
  • Support the development of commercial training materials and playbooks.
  • Ensure alignment between sales operations and customer success teams.
  • Track performance metrics and report on commercial KPIs.
  • Advocate for customer feedback within product development cycles.
  • Lead contract renewals and expansion discussions with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams on deal structuring.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and high performance within the sales organization.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
  • Develop pricing strategies in coordination with finance leadership.
  • Mentor and coach regional sales teams to improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial policies and regulatory standards.
