This role supports Contract Administration for the North America Bioscience division by managing pre-signature contract activities and ensuring adherence to pricing policies and contractual terms. The specialist coordinates bid contracts—including guideline, custom, and formal submissions—tracking deadlines, terms, and pricing accuracy throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor contract bids, ensuring all conditions, pricing requirements, and timelines are fulfilled
- Review signed agreements and configure corresponding price groups in the Model N/Flex system
- Collaborate with commercial finance to establish and maintain pricing structures for rebate and fee payments
- Verify customer eligibility against contract terms and membership lists
- Set up and manage direct and indirect customer accounts, aligning them with applicable contracts based on chargeback data in Model N/Flex
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field
- Two to four years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience with Revenue Management platforms such as Model N or Revitas, and Business Intelligence tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with a focus on follow-through and time management
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office and two days remote. The role is based in North America, with primary operations supporting the U.S. market.
