Responsibilities
- Build and sustain business models that reflect workflows, responsibilities, data flows, and organizational hierarchies to convey insights and suggest performance enhancements.
- Analyze operational scenarios to uncover challenges and opportunities, perform root cause assessments, and propose practical solutions.
- Collect, record, and manage business requirements, including on-demand requests, ensuring consistency with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and deploy data tools and analytical systems that support informed decision-making across departments.
- Produce functional blueprints and technical design documents for new platforms and system upgrades.
- Work closely with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure business models are grounded in accurate and comprehensive data analysis.
- Design and carry out testing strategies to validate product functionality and quality, working with development teams to resolve identified issues.
- Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure requirements are fulfilled, and lead sessions to gather feedback and input.
