Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is hiring a Commercial Business Analyst to manage business and ad hoc requirements through data products and analytics solutions. In this role, you will leverage functional design, product testing, business modeling, and situation analysis to drive improvements and operational efficiencies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain business models to represent processes, roles, data, and organizational structures. Use these models to communicate insights and propose scenarios for improvement.
- Investigate business situations to identify problems and opportunities. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable improvements.
- Gather, document, and manage business and ad hoc requirements. Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Design and implement data products and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
- Create functional specifications and design documents for new systems and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure business models are based on robust data analysis.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure product quality and functionality. Identify and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Experience with business modeling tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with data governance principles to ensure data integrity.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
