About the Role

Allianz is looking for a Commercial Advisor to join the Central Commercial Management team at our mixed branch in Segovia. In this role, you will develop functions in the commercial area, contributing to the branch's growth and transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the assigned network of mediators and capture/maintain portfolio.
  • Promote cross-selling, develop business plans, and foster digitalization and professionalization of the network.
  • Contribute to the global growth of the branch(es).

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar functions.
  • Knowledge of the insurance market and financial products.
  • Good commercial skills, negotiation ability, communication skills, change management, creativity, innovation, influence, data management, and strategic vision.
  • Good command of the English language (B2 level).

Nice to Have

  • University degree or Higher Vocational Training completed correctly.
