Mellon Group of Companies is hiring Collection Agents to manage overdue debts on behalf of a client. In this role, you will use telephone communication to inform customers of their outstanding balances and guide them toward optimal repayment solutions.
What You'll Do
- Contact existing customers via telephone regarding outstanding financial obligations.
- Guide customers toward finding the best compromise solution for repayment.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and propose settlements or arrangements according to company procedures.
- Fully and reliably update the company's management systems.
- Investigate each case and propose alternative solutions tailored to customer needs.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma.
- Good knowledge of the English language (oral and written at B2 level).
- Good computer skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Comfort in communication and excellent use of oral and written speech.
