Atmosera is hiring a Collaborative Engineer to focus on GitHub Copilot within our DevOps organization. This role centers on empowering development teams by integrating and optimizing AI-powered coding assistance to improve productivity and code quality.
What You'll Do
- Champion the adoption and effective use of GitHub Copilot across development teams.
- Collaborate directly with engineers to understand workflows and identify Copilot integration opportunities.
- Build and share best practices, patterns, and training materials for AI-assisted development.
- Analyze usage patterns to provide feedback and drive improvements in developer tooling and processes.
- Work within the DevOps team to ensure Copilot usage aligns with security, compliance, and operational standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a software developer, DevOps engineer, or in a similar technical enablement role.
- Hands-on, practical experience with GitHub Copilot in a professional development environment.
- Strong understanding of modern software development workflows and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train and support technical peers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the APAC region, with a noted presence in Hyderabad.
