Dell Technologies is hiring a Cognitive Architectures Researcher to join our Applied Research team in Brazil. This role is within the AI-Centered Engineering area of the Office of the CTO, where you will develop innovative solutions for next-generation computing systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop cognitive architectures optimized for emerging computing paradigms and hardware platforms.
- Research new methods for mapping cognitive architectures onto heterogeneous hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate novel architectures that accelerate AI workloads.
- Conduct and publish research on cognitive architectures and their applications in emerging computing systems.
- Work closely with hardware design teams to inform hardware decisions and roadmaps.
What We're Looking For
- Ph.D. or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in researching and developing cognitive architectures and computing systems.
- Expertise in cognitive architectures.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and C++.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
