Phronora is looking for a Co-Founder / CTO to join as a foundational partner and architect our technology strategy from inception. You will define the technical direction, build the core product, and establish the engineering culture.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the overall technology vision and product roadmap
- Design, architect, and build the initial product and platform from the ground up
- Make critical technology stack and infrastructure decisions
- Establish engineering best practices, processes, and a collaborative culture
- Represent the company's technical vision to stakeholders, partners, and investors
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of building and scaling technology products from zero to one
- Strong technical background in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage startups or founding roles
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and rapid prototyping
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
