Danfoss is hiring a CNC Operator for the 3rd Shift in our Easley, SC facility. In this role, you'll manage CNC machinery operations, secondary equipment, and perform quality inspections to ensure precision manufacturing.

What You'll Do

Inspect tools for accuracy, determine replacements, assemble tools, and conduct precise measurements.
Interpret blueprints and tolerances, including geometric tolerances, finish specifications, and exact positioning.
Operate the pre-setter, execute machine set-ups, and manage load/unload tasks efficiently.
Carry out all routine machine maintenance as mandated by TPM protocols.
Use the DLOG system on machines to accurately record work stoppage codes.

What We're Looking For

Extensive technical knowledge in machining processes.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic math proficiency.
The ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
Read and write clearly and legibly.
Ability to work safely while wearing protective equipment.

Nice to Have

Experience in machining.
Strong motor skills.
