Jobgether is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure to support our product implementations and client onboarding. You'll be pivotal in ensuring security, compliance, and performance while collaborating closely with development, operations, and product teams.
What You'll Do
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure-based infrastructure to meet product and client requirements.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for scalable and maintainable deployments.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git for automation and repeatable processes.
- Support client onboarding by integrating products into their cloud environments with standardized infrastructure.
- Engineer and maintain monitoring, security, and configuration management solutions using tools like New Relic and Azure Application Insights.
- Handle infrastructure incidents and on-call escalations, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures to support team collaboration and continuity.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
- 5+ years managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- 5+ years experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) for cloud provisioning.
- 3+ years experience implementing and maintaining SQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database).
- Strong technical knowledge of Azure services, networking, storage, security, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001) and secure-by-design infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI tools and services (Azure OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services, or Azure ML) is a plus.
