Jobgether is hiring a Sr. Solutions Engineer to act as a technical leader in delivering innovative identity and access security solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to provide expert guidance, demonstrate solutions, and influence customer decisions. This role combines deep technical knowledge with strong business acumen to drive adoption, accelerate deals, and impact revenue.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and POCs to demonstrate solution value, architecture, and workflows.
- Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to RFx inquiries and craft compelling technical proposals.
- Provide technical consultation, needs assessment, and support to prospective and existing customers.
- Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers on strategy, presentations, RFP responses, and POC execution.
- Gather and share field feedback and competitive intelligence with product management and marketing teams.
- Manage top regional opportunities proactively to drive deals to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Travel domestically up to 60% to support customer engagements and field activities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering with expertise in Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, or Identity Security solutions.
- Strong knowledge and affinity for AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI.
- Knowledge of DevOps processes, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., ISACA, (ISC)², AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience mentoring or leading Solutions Engineers and contributing to technical marketing collateral.
