Moniepoint is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our inspired, customer-focused engineering community. You will design, implement, and manage our multi-cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring scalable, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

What You'll Do

Design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, Azure, and OCI, architecting for high availability and scalability.
Migrate on-premises applications to cloud environments and optimize resource utilization with auto-scaling policies.
Manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple cloud providers, handling upgrades, scaling, and troubleshooting.
Design, deploy, and manage Istio service mesh for microservices communication, observability, and advanced traffic routing.
Configure and manage HAProxy and Nginx for high-performance load balancing, reverse proxy, and API gateway functions.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and implement configuration management with Ansible.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Harness, integrating security scanning.
Implement continuous deployment workflows using ArgoCD for Kubernetes applications and GitOps practices.
Deploy and manage Apache Kafka clusters for real-time data streaming and ProxySQL for MySQL load balancing.
Design cloud networking architectures, implement security controls, and troubleshoot across multi-cloud environments.
Configure and manage HashiCorp Vault for centralized secrets management and implement dynamic credential strategies.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
Hands-on experience managing production workloads across multiple cloud platforms.
Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, VPC, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, IAM.
Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS): EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, IAM.
Experience with Microsoft Azure: Virtual Machines, AKS, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Virtual Networks, Azure Functions, ARM templates.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): Compute, OKE, Object Storage, networking, and OCI-specific services.
Multi-cloud architecture design and implementation experience, including cloud migration strategies.
Expert-level Kubernetes knowledge, including cluster architecture.

Nice to Have

Relevant cloud and technology certifications are highly desirable.
