EX Squared is looking for a Cloud Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain our cloud-based data pipelines and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable, reliable data pipelines on cloud platforms
- Build and maintain data warehouses and lakes to support analytics and applications
- Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval for performance and cost
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and deploying data solutions on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Expertise in data pipeline tools (Apache Airflow, dbt, Spark, etc.)
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, SQL, or Scala
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers
Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time data streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, Flink)
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for data workloads

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Tunisia.
