EX Squared is seeking a Principal Data Architect to define and drive our enterprise data strategy and architecture. You will play a critical role in shaping our data landscape to support global business objectives and innovation.

What You'll Do

Define and champion the enterprise data architecture vision, strategy, and principles.
Design and document scalable, secure, and performant data models, pipelines, and storage solutions.
Establish and govern data standards, policies, and best practices across the organization.
Lead the evaluation and selection of data technologies and platforms.
Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into robust data designs.
Mentor other data professionals and provide technical leadership on complex projects.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Principal, Lead, or Senior Data Architect in complex enterprise environments.
Expertise in designing and implementing data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data platforms.
Deep knowledge of data modeling techniques, master data management, and data governance frameworks.
Strong background with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with big data technologies and streaming data architectures.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
