VCU Health System Authority is seeking a Clinic/Provider Partnerships Analyst to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting contact center performance data to collaborate with leadership on developing proactive action plans for clinics and departments.
What You'll Do
- Lead the gathering and interpretation of contact center performance and quality data.
- Collaborate with department and clinic leadership to develop proactive action plans.
- Interface directly with management to guarantee routine and emergent provider needs are met efficiently.
- Help foster a customer service environment and promote collaboration across departments and clinic operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Healthcare Management or a related field from an accredited program (a combination of education and experience may be considered).
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressively responsible positions in health care administration in a university or hospital setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage shifting business priorities and deliver clear presentations and communications to stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Master’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in health care administration in a university or hospital setting.
- Advanced experience using business intelligence tools like Cognos, Avaya, Power BI, or Tableau.
