951 ACM Medical Labs, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Trials Scientific Affairs Analyst to support our post-award clinical trial operations. In this role, you will investigate complex testing requirements and laboratory facilities to enable timely, accurate study execution. You'll serve as a key laboratory science expert, optimizing studies and driving process improvements within the Scientific Affairs team.
What You'll Do
- Ensure complete study scoping, including testing requirements, facilities, and other key nuances.
- Provide technical details to the internal study team for study designs and updates.
- Deliver data support to address analytical trends or operational issues.
- Provide consultation to clinical trials operations and external clients, as needed.
- Manage the flow of information between Laboratory Operations and Study Management.
- Conduct investigations and assist with implementing corrective actions.
- Investigate issues throughout the life cycle of clinical studies.
- Manage low to medium complexity assignments.
- Assist with special projects and participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a laboratory science expert for study optimization.
- Participate in quality issue investigations, documentation, and resolutions.
- Understand and follow all company policies and procedures, respecting patient confidentiality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of 1 year of Biomedical Science experience and clinical trials experience OR 2 years of Biomedical Science experience.
Nice to Have
- Direct clinical trials experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A generalist laboratory background.
