IQVIA is hiring a Clinical Trial Psych Rater fluent in Swedish to join our global team. This role is central to maintaining data quality in psychiatric clinical trials by ensuring standardized administration of rating scales.
What You'll Do
- Participate in all required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
- Evaluate case data and prepare for discussions with clinical raters.
- Complete scheduled rater interactions and assigned tasks.
- Submit all task-associated documentation responsibly and in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of a master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience administering psychiatric assessments, specifically with YGTSS-R, TS-CGI-S, and TS-CGI-C.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience with related psychiatric populations.
- Minimum of 3 years experience administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
- Strong interpersonal skills for professional interaction with all levels of personnel and clientele.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency with Windows and the Microsoft Office system.
- Fluency in English and native speaker proficiency in Swedish.
Nice to Have
- An MD, DO, or PhD is preferred.
- Experience in central nervous system (CNS) clinical trials is preferred.
