About the Role
The Clinical Site Relationship Manager serves as the primary liaison between the organization and clinical trial sites, driving site engagement, ensuring compliance with study protocols, and facilitating resolution of operational challenges to maintain trial timelines and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clinical trial sites
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with site personnel
- Support site activation and initiation timelines
- Monitor site performance and adherence to protocols
- Identify and resolve operational barriers at sites
- Coordinate with internal teams to address site inquiries
- Track and report on site-level metrics and milestones
- Ensure timely completion of required site documentation
- Facilitate communication of protocol updates to sites
- Support audit readiness at clinical sites
- Promote patient recruitment strategies at the site level
- Verify source data when necessary per study requirements
- Assist in the preparation of site monitoring reports
- Collaborate with CRAs to streamline site interactions
- Escalate critical site issues to project leadership
- Maintain accurate records in clinical trial management systems
- Support training delivery for site staff on study procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and sponsor requirements
- Participate in virtual and on-site site meetings
- Contribute to process improvements in site engagement
- Monitor site feedback and recommend enhancements
- Coordinate with logistics for site supplies and materials
- Support close-out activities at trial conclusion
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations
