Sailor Health is hiring a Clinical Psychologist authorized under PSYPACT to deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults through our telehealth platform. You will join a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, providing compassionate support for life transitions, with administrative work handled by our Care Coordination team.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth for 15 hours or more per week
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric-specific tools
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies, assisted by an AI-powered scribe
- Support clients through life transitions like retirement, bereavement, and isolation using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach
- Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices
What We're Looking For
- Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
- PSYPACT authorization (APIT) to practice across participating states
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
- Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth

- Experience working with older adults is strongly preferred
