Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
- Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more
- Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
- A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree
- Experience with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
- Proficiency in English and German or French or Italian
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
