Jobgether is hiring a Clinical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate clinical trials, ensuring projects are executed in compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal procedures, and contractual requirements. This remote role in the US is critical for maintaining high standards of quality, timely deliverables, and budget management across multiple clinical studies.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and oversee clinical trials ensuring compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, SOPs, and other relevant regulations.
- Manage study budgets, timelines, and key project deliverables, monitoring progress against established milestones.
- Lead and support project teams, including clinical monitoring staff, ensuring clear communication and motivation.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors, overseeing contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
- Set up and maintain clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and ensure timely data entry.
- Develop and implement project plans, communication strategies, and reporting processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, monitor investigator payments, and maintain project profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, computer science, or a related discipline; RN/LPN with relevant experience also acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, clinical trial procedures, and medical terminology.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in clinical project management or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate remote project teams, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline objectives.
- Comfortable with occasional travel and adapting to last-minute schedule changes.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
