Bridgemaker GmbH is hiring a Senior Venture Architect (m/w/d) to play a key role in developing and implementing new data- and technology-based business models. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and customers, designing viable digital products and guiding their implementation with interdisciplinary teams in a culture centered on experimentation and entrepreneurial spirit.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the conception and implementation of digital business models, from new products to full company builds.
- Identify, validate, and develop business potential in coordination with internal teams and corporate partners.
- Take responsibility for your own streams within projects, from strategic setup to operational implementation.
- Use data-based methods, tools, and AI-driven approaches for analysis, decision-making, and process optimization.
- Co-design MVPs, digital services, or scalable solutions, including go-to-market strategy and iterative development.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders on speed, effectiveness, and impact.
- Exchange knowledge within the team, mentor colleagues, and contribute to strategic know-how.
What We're Looking For
- Completed university degree in business, technology, entrepreneurship, or comparable fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in startups, digital ventures, tech scale-ups, innovation units, or digital product teams.
- Strong hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach to developing and implementing solutions.
- Quick learner comfortable exploring new subject areas, business models, and technologies.
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and independently managing sub-projects.
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a good sense for different stakeholders.
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Deeper understanding of digital business models, growth strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
