Responsibilities
- Lead daily clinical operations to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Oversee staff training and professional development programs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align clinical and business goals
- Track key performance indicators and report on operational metrics
- Manage patient safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies
- Support accreditation and audit preparation activities
- Optimize scheduling and resource allocation for clinical staff
- Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in patient records
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in clinical workflows
- Respond to operational challenges with timely and effective solutions
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Supervise onboarding of new clinical team members
- Facilitate communication between clinical and administrative staff
- Participate in budget planning and financial performance monitoring
- Implement infection control and emergency preparedness measures
- Promote a culture of patient-centered care and service excellence
- Evaluate vendor contracts related to clinical operations
- Lead special projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency
