Behavioral Health Field is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Role

The professional will lead the development and supervision of individualized behavior support programs, conduct assessments, train caregivers, and monitor progress using data-driven methods.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses
  • Supervise registered behavior technicians and other support staff
  • Train parents, caregivers, and educators in behavior strategies
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure progress
  • Revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessment outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Provide feedback and recommendations during team meetings
  • Support skill acquisition across communication, social, and daily living domains
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with stakeholders
  • Address behavioral crises with proactive and responsive strategies
  • Promote generalization of skills across environments
  • Ensure services align with client and family goals
  • Maintain ongoing communication with referral sources
  • Participate in professional development and training
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards
  • Coordinate scheduling with families and team members
  • Adhere to BACB guidelines and state regulations
  • Use evidence-based practices in all interventions
  • Support transition planning for school or community integration
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions
  • Monitor fidelity of implementation by support staff
  • Engage in quality assurance reviews

Nice to Have

  • Experience in school-based settings
  • Training in crisis prevention and management
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems
  • Background in pediatric behavioral health
  • Bilingual communication skills
  • Experience mentoring trainees or RBTs
  • Knowledge of Medicaid billing procedures
  • Prior work in home-based ABA programs
  • Certification in trauma-informed care
  • Participation in research or program evaluation
