INFUSE Academy is looking for a Client Success Representative to play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to our company’s success. You will join a dynamic, remote environment focused on building lasting client partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Communicate progress of monthly or quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and grow opportunities within your territory and collaborate with sales teams
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations
- Provide assistance across administrative and operational tasks like data entry, updating internal systems, or managing schedules
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of managing client relationships in a related field like hospitality, client success, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle various tasks with attention to detail, managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic understanding of client needs and ability to address them effectively
- Ability to address challenges and proactively offer solutions
