As a Client Success Manager based in Mexico City, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process and supporting them as they integrate VALD technology into their operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth implementation and long-term client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for new clients, providing clear guidance and support to ensure successful adoption of VALD systems.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships using digital platforms, with occasional in-person interactions.
- Identify client needs and areas for improvement, offering tailored support and identifying growth opportunities.
- Deliver client presentations and training sessions via Microsoft Teams.
- Track and report on client engagement and support activities using HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and email tools.
- Balanced management of multiple client accounts, adapting between independent work and collaboration with internal teams.
