Hunt St is hiring a Client Services Manager to act as a critical support hub for brokers, managing mortgage loan applications from submission through to settlement. You'll ensure smooth processing, accurate documentation, and consistent communication between clients, lenders, and brokers.
What You'll Do
- Manage loan files from submission through to approval and settlement.
- Ensure all supporting documents are complete, compliant, and accurately recorded.
- Track application progress and proactively follow up outstanding requirements.
- Liaise with lenders and clients to facilitate progress.
- Provide clear updates to clients regarding milestones, requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain professional relationships with lender representatives.
- Keep brokers informed with timely and proactive status updates.
- Flag risks, delays, or issues early and propose solutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to loan processing as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Ensure all notes, documents, and communications are logged correctly.
- Support compliance requirements and internal process standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in mortgage broking, lending support, or financial services administration.
- Strong understanding of the loan lifecycle from submission to settlement.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Loan Market/LMG CRM is highly preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $1,700 AUD - $2,000 AUD per month.
