Experian is seeking a Client Security Assurance Expert to guide client security assurance activities. This remote role requires a client-focused approach to communicating Experian's security posture.
What You'll Do
- Lead client audits (onsite/virtual) including presentation of evidence, explanation of controls, and planning of pre and post audit activities.
- Support commercial teams to present Experian's security controls and risk posture to clients through RFIs/RFPs and/or pre-sales consultancy.
- Review contractual security clauses and deliverables to ensure they align with Experian's risk tolerance.
- Articulate Experian's security posture to justify any changes with clients.
- Analyze audit results and post-audit reports, following up on security items.
- Conduct gap analysis and articulate contractual risks to internal stakeholders to enable risk-informed decisions.
- Maintain a current and up-to-date evidence repository.
- Provide accurate, valid, and timely responses to security questionnaires and ad-hoc inquiries from clients and partners.
- Provide SME consultancy to Business Units on Experian's information security governance and risk management framework.
- Maintain client-facing security documentation for continued relevance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with global team members across regions to ensure consistent client experiences and act as a mentor to junior members.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Regional Lead-Client Security Assurance and collaborate with a global team.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position based anywhere in the United States.
